Where will I get the coupon code once I've volunteered?

The staff member with whom you were scheduled to volunteer should be able to provide you the coupon code.  These are often sent out in bulk to all volunteers at once.

Can I use the coupon for a different show?

Unfortunately you can't use the old codes toward another show's tickets.

Can I use the coupon for more than one ticket?

The current code is only meant to be used once per person, one $15.99 amount, even if that one person volunteers multiple times. That said, if you have more than one person in the family volunteering, you can buy their ticket separately to be sure to use one voucher for each person volunteering. The voucher should cover a $15.99 ticket completely including any fees for that ticket.
